According to Snopes.com the story that re-using plastic water bottles can cause the release of toxins which may cause cancer is NOT true.
Good, I can go back to re-using my Hannaford sport-top water bottles over and over again!

I picked up a DVD for a dollar called "World of Dogs: Puppy Care," and the human participants have the most lovely British accents. (I had noticed the same thing with another dollar-store DVD, "Fabulously Fit at Fifty & Beyond with Angela Rippon.") Somehow everything sounds so much better in a British accent.
I finally got to see Juno via Amazon.com Unbox Video. I already knew almost every line in the movie, but it was a delight to see it for myself.

I'd like to relive the 1960s as an adult. I did live through that decade, but as a child too young to participate in most of the interesting stuff. I would also like to observe my own parents, but only from a safe distance.
I have thought about traveling back to the more distant past, such as Tudor England, but traveling in time wouldn't make me anything other than a stranger. I wouldn't be of the right class, the right family, etc. to be able to experience any of the interesting stuff that happened back then; a time traveler would arrive as a nameless, penniless nobody and wouldn't be able to get in to watch or to be a part of anything significant.
